Toyota Diversity Partnering Groups
Toyota has embarked on an extraordinary mission to better align our work culture with the Toyota Way. To exemplify the values of continuous improvement and respect for all people, we must create and sustain an inclusive work environment.
In 2003, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. announced it would recognize and support Toyota Business Partnering Groups (TBPGs) as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion. TBPGs are groups of associates who collectively advance business interests and support associate development. Members offer unique insight into Toyota's recruiting efforts and community outreach. For participants, these groups encourage professional development and provide opportunities for networking and learning.
