Higher Fuel Economy
- In 2006, Toyota vehicles ranked in the top 10 of more EPA Fuel Economy categories than any other manufacturer-and placed first in three of those categories.
- Toyota has always exceeded CAFE Fuel Economy standards. And the Prius hybrid has EPA estimates that are twice those of the average mid-sized car.*
Lower Emissions
- Toyota hybrid vehicles are up to 70% cleaner than the average new vehicle in smog-forming emissions.
