- Toyota is a flat organization based on Japanese business philosophy. New college graduates start in the position of specialist and increase responsibility as they gain knowledge within the organization. There is no defined career path for new college graduates, but rather your interests and desire determine where you might want to grow.

What is the social life/recreational opportunity like in Cincinnati?

What training do you provide for new college graduates?
- College graduates go through a 9 month training program of hands-on work in coordination with some classroom learning of Toyota's philosophies. It is an active, engaging program that will challenge you to think and question.

Does Toyota pay a signing bonus?
- Toyota does not pay a signing bonus, however we provide relocation assistance if necessary and a premium benefits package.
