On-Site Child Care
The entire Toyota organization is strongly focused on families and understands their needs. One outstanding example is the TMMK Child Development Program. We understand that today's working family needs quality, affordable childcare. This bright and beautiful 24 hour on-site Child Care Facility offers quality care during all shifts for children from infants to teens.

Special summer programs provide stimulating recreation and education to the children of team members. The low child to staff member ratios far exceed state and national guidelines with only 10-12 children per staff member in the preschool and kindergarten age groups. Younger groups such as infants and toddlers who need even closer supervision have only four children to each staff member. This innovative concept even extends to include homework assistance for school age children.

The Family Center also includes the Toyota Credit Union, Vehicle Services and the T.E.A.M. store.

Company Sponsored Recreation and Fitness Center
Team members looking for ways to keep fit and have fun, need look no further than TMMK itself. Company sponsored recreation includes an annual picnic and team member activities associations, clubs and events, all designed to provide wholesome leisure activities for team members and their families. From volleyball to flag football (and, of course, basketball) a game is almost always under way at the Toyota athletic facilities. An on-site exercise facility and gym are open around the clock exclusively for the use of team members and their families. At TMMK, we don't just build fine cars, we're committed to working with our team members to build fine families too. Young people are our future and we do all in our power to nurture their success as we provide peace of mind to their parents and friendly camaraderie to all the men and women on the TMMK team.
