Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama President Haruaki Hoshino reveals the first North American built V8 engine. He is joined by Senator Sessions, Governor Riley, Congressman Cramer, TMA President & CEO Toshiaki Taguchi, Congressman Aderholt, TMC Executive Vice President Kosuke Shiramizu and TMMNA President Atsushi Niimi.

Governor Riley places a "Made in Alabama" sign over the V8 engine and receives a huge round of applause.

Plant rendering for Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Alabama, Inc. located in Huntsville, Alabama. Beginning in 2003, TMMAL will manufacture V8 engines for the Toyota Tundra, built in Princeton, Indiana.
