TMMTX president Hidehiko "T.J." Tajima, Texas Governor Rick Perry, and Toyota Motor Corporation Honorary Chairman Shoichiro Toyoda ceremonially break ground for Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, Inc. by planting a tree at the future plant site.

Texas Governor Rick Perry, accompanied by San Antonio Mayor Ed Garza (far left), Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, State Senator Jeff Wentworth. Bexar County Commissioner Tommy Adkisson and State Representative Robert Puente announced plans that a new Toyota manufacturing facility will be located in San Antonio.
