Pandora®

Pandora® and Entune™ [5] let you create and listen to personalized music stations or playlists that stream directly to your vehicle. Simply specify a song or artist you enjoy, and Pandora® builds a playlist based on your selection.

With more than 800,000 songs in its collection, Pandora® makes it easy to listen to the music you want to hear.

Pandora® also lets you decide if you like a song or not using a thumbs-up/thumbs-down rating system. If you don’t like the song, you won’t hear it again for 30 days on any of your stations.

Pandora® will display the song title and artist, as well as the album art for many of the songs directly on the multimedia system screen in your Toyota.

Phone must be paired and connected to Internet services. If it is not, please go to Pair a Phone to find out how to connect to Internet services. You must have a valid Pandora® account in order to use the Pandora® App in Entune™.

Note: "Press" refers to hard buttons on the sides of the screen; "Touch" refers to the display screen (phone or multimedia system).

You can listen to Pandora® even if using other apps or data services.

Play a Pandora® Station

  1. Press the APPS button on the faceplate
  2. Touch Pandora® to launch application
  3. Music will begin playing automatically
  4. Touch Options
  5. Touch Your Stations to view the stations you’ve created (through your personal Pandora® account online)

Create a Pandora® Station

  1. Touch Options
  2. To create a station, Touch Create a New Station
  3. Enter an artist or song using the touchscreen keyboard
  4. Touch OK
  5. Make a selection based on search results (by song or artist)
  6. Pandora® will create a station and begin playing
  7. While listening to a song, Pandora® will display the song title, album title, artist, and album art, if available

Delete a Pandora® Station

  1. Touch the trash can icon next to the station
  2. Touch Yes or No to delete or keep station

Personalizing Your Selection

You can personalize your stations by choosing which songs to keep and which to remove from your playlist.

  1. When a station is playing, touch the thumbs up icon to “like” the song and keep it in your rotation
  2. Touch the thumbs down icon to “dislike” the song and remove it from your stations for a month

Removing a Song from Your Stations

  1. Touch Options
  2. Touch I'm Tired of the Song
  3. This will remove the song from your stations for a month

Adjusting the Audio Settings

  1. Touch the speaker icon at the bottom left of the screen to adjust the system sound settings for treble, bass, balance and fade

Pause and Skip Songs

  1. Touch the II button to pause the song
  2. Touch the > button to resume playing the song
  3. Touch the >>I button to skip a song (Pandora® licensing agreements only allow up to six skipped songs per hour)

Quick Return to Your Station List

  1. Touch the displayed album art to quickly return to your station list

QuickMix

  1. Touch Options
  2. Touch Your Stations
  3. Touch QuickMix
  4. Pandora® will begin playing a mix of your stations

Source

  1. Touch Source to switch to a different audio source (AM/FM, etc.)
