After I got in my vehicle, my phone appears to have connected to the multimedia system without me doing anything.
- Disconnect the phone from the multimedia system.
- Confirm the Entune™ app is running
- Confirm “Connect to vehicle” is enabled
- Connect the phone to the vehicle
Mobile Device (BlackBerry®)

Sometimes I can scroll to the bottom of a list but not back up.
- Press the Back button
- Re-enter the screen containing the list
Maps do not draw properly. Sometimes I see diagonal lines.
Bing™: Bing™ sometimes becomes unresponsive when performing a search. Sometimes the app crashes.
- Try again when you have a stronger signal
- Relaunch the Entune™ mobile app.
Sports: Completed PGA™ tournaments don't show a final-round score.

Resolution
Placing a phone call interrupted my Entune™ service.
Traffic: I created a traffic forecast for a city in another time zone. I can’t tell what time zone is being used in the forecast.
The phone's battery was low so I plugged it in to recharge, but now it's no longer connected to Entune™.
Some parts of Entune™ don't work even though my phone is connected using Bluetooth®[3] technology.
