Secondary Accounts
I never received my invitation to register as a secondary user
Possible Issue
Resolution
Your email program treated the invitation email as spam.
The primary user never sent the invitation.
I can't send an invitation for someone to become a secondary user
Possible Issue
Resolution
You have four secondary users on that account.
The person you are inviting is already attached to a different account.
You are a secondary user.
I can't access MovieTickets.com [1], OpenTable® [1] and/or Pandora® from my secondary account

You do not have accounts on one or more of those Websites.

- Use your computer's browser to visit the Website(s)
- Follow that site’s instructions to create an account
Your MovieTickets.com [1] and Pandora® accounts are not linked to your Entune™ account.
I can't sign in to my secondary account
Possible Issue
Resolution
You may have entered incorrect account information.
You forgot your password.
The primary account holder deleted your account.
I bought my own Entune™-equipped vehicle but can't register for service
Possible Issue
Resolution
You are a secondary user on a different account.
- Ask the existing primary account holder to add your vehicle to his/her account. You will then be a secondary user for all vehicles associated with that account.
