Test for phone pairing
Do these steps on the audio unit
- Press Setup
- Touch Bluetooth
- Touch Connect Phone
Results
- If your phone does not show in the device list, it is not paired to the audio system
- If your phone does show in the device list but without a Bluetooth logo, your phone is paired but the phone’s Bluetooth system is turned off
- If your phone shows in the device list with a Bluetooth logo but no green dot, it is paired but not actively connected
