Phone Settings
Phone must be paired to the multimedia unit in order for phone features to work. If it is not, please go to Pair a Phone to find out how to pair your phone using Bluetooth® [3].
Note: "Press" refers to hard buttons on the sides of the screen; "Touch" refers to the display screen (phone or multimedia system).
Call Volume
- Press the SETUP
- Touch Phone
- Touch Phone Sound Settings
- Touch Call Volume to increase or decrease volume of phone calls
- Touch - to lower volume
- Touch + to raise volume
- Touch OK to return to previous screen
Ring Tone Volume
- Touch Ring Tone Volume to change ring tone volume
- Touch - to lower volume
- Touch + to raise volume
- Touch OK to return to previous screen
Ring Tone Change
- Touch Ring Tone to change tones
- Touch tone 1, 2, 3, or 4 to change ring tone
- Touch OK
- Touch Save
- Touch Default to restore the default phone settings
- Touch Yes to confirm or No to cancel
Phonebook
- Press the PHONE button on the faceplate
- Manage Contacts
- 1,000-contact limit
- Touch Transfer Contacts to transfer contact information from phone to car
- Update Contacts
- Touch Update Contacts to update contacts
- Touch return button to return to previous screen
Automatically Download Contact
- Touch Automatically Download Contact
- Touch On or Off
- Touch Save to save settings
Automatically Download Call History
- Touch On or Off
- Touch Save to save settings
Manage Speed Dials
- Add Speed Dial number
- Touch Manage Speed Dials
- Maximum of 18 speed dials
- Touch New
- Touch a desired contact to add to speed dial
- Use up/down arrows to select a contact or search by alphabetical shortcuts
- Touch selected phone number of contact to save as a speed dial
- Touch Speed Dial tab 1, 2 or 3
- Touch empty space (1-6)
- Speed dial saved
- Delete Speed Dial
- Touch Delete
- Touch speed dial number
- Touch Delete
- Touch Yes to confirm, No to cancel
- Touch Select All to delete all
