Your phone's Bluetooth® [3] system is turned off.
Your phone and the Entune™ system have not been paired, or you deleted the pairing information on either the phone or the multimedia system. Test for this condition.
Your phone is paired but is not actively connected to the multimedia system. Test for this condition.
Error message when touching the Apps button: "To use the services, an active application needs to be running on your phone"

- Download and install the Entune™ mobile app from your phone's app store
- Launch the Entune™ mobile app
- Sign in to your Entune™ account
The Entune™ app is not running on your phone.
- Launch the Entune™ mobile app
- iPhone® [6]: make sure the Entune™ mobile app is the foreground app
You are not signed in to your Entune™ account.
Your phone is not Entune™-compatible.
