Visit myentune.com (or click the link in your activation email) to create your Entune™ account.

You entered incorrect account information.

Verify the account information you entered at the Entune™ Website is the same as the information you entered on the Entune™ mobile app.

Your phone does not have a data plan.

Entune™ requires a supported phone with a data plan.

Your version of the Entune™ mobile app is out of date.

Update to the newest version of the Entune™ mobile app and try signing in again.

Your phone is not set for English.

Set your phone to use English.

The Entune™ mobile app stops working on my iPhone® [6]

Resolution

The Entune™ mobile app is not the foreground app.

The Entune™ mobile app for iPhone® [6] runs correctly only when it is the foreground app. In other words, do not switch to another app while you are using the Entune™ app.
