HOW TO ENTER: The MOTR "New York" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on August 17, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). To enter, access the mun2 Web site at http://www.holamun2.com/MOTR or the Toyota Web site at www.Toyotamixin.com ("Web Sites"), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page and entry form ("Sweepstakes Home Page"). Then complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively "Entry Information") consists of your complete first and last name, complete address (including zip code, no P.O. Boxes), daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), age, and e-mail address ("Entry"). If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Limit one (1) Entry per person/household/per email address per day. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2007. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the 48 Contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of August 17, 2007. Residents of the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of mun2, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., ("Sponsors"), Telemundo Network Group, LLC, NBC Universal, Inc., Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., SCC ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, and/or any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes.

PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY ("Trip"). Trip consisting of round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to New York, NY; standard hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights; ground transportation to and from hotel and airport while in New York, NY; and, a mun2 gift bag (actual contents to be determined and subject to change at Sponsors sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $2,000. Odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Actual value of the Prize depends upon the point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than 100 miles from New York, NY in such an instance Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Grand Prize trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification of winning. Trip subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip date is permitted, except by Sponsors at their sole discretion. Guest must be 18 years of age or older. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction which deems him/her to be a minor, then his/her Guest must be his/her parent/legal guardian. If Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, the winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. Winner and guest must take air travel on same travel itinerary. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, phone calls, and gratuities. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize (or prize components), except that Sponsors may substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of equal value for any reason. In the event that a prize component, including mun2 gift bag, is not available for any reason, then the remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize notifications will be shipped to U.S. addresses in the 48 Contiguous states only. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, State, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will receive a 1099 from the Sponsors for the total ARV of prize (stated herein) that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about September 24, 2007 from among all eligible Entries received by Sweepstakes Administrator ("Drawing Date"). Potential winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. If potential winner declines the Prize or cannot be contacted within three (3) phone call attempts within three (3) business days, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsors' sole discretion.

GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Potential winner will be required to sign, execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsors require (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian, who must sign Affidavit/Release on his/her behalf. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning Entry. Guest (his/her parent/legal guardian if deemed to be a minor) at Sponsors' sole discretion may be required to execute, sign, have notarized and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsors require, within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Thus, except where prohibited by law and/or Sponsors' Privacy Policies: (1) entry and/or winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and (2) Sponsors have the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however they see fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to an entrant or any third parties. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for the prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsors in their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from all salvageable eligible Entries received, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted the winning Entry, Sponsors reserve the right to deem the registered subscriber of the email account to be the entrant. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or our rights and obligations in connection with these Web Sites, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
