About
Active safety is a concept of vehicle safety technology intended for avoiding dangerous traffic conditions and reducing the likelihood of accidents occurring. The basic principle of active safety is to assure that a vehicle will always perform its basic functions of moving, turning and stopping at high levels to allow the driver to maneuver it at will, and to support driving with various functions for preventing driving errors whenever possible, thereby contributing to the prevention of accidents.
