How can I update my ownership contact information?
Toyota owners can update their contact information using either of the following forms.
Online Update:
We now offer an online form for owners to update their contact information. Click here to update your information now!
Mail-in Update:
Attached to the back of each Toyota Owner's Warranty Information booklet (1999-present) and Owner's Manual Supplement Part 1 (1998 and prior) is an Owner Name/Address Information form. This form is postage-paid and preaddressed to Toyota. Just complete the requested information and mail.
If you purchased your Toyota as a used vehicle, please complete one of the two forms above, even if your warranty coverage has expired. This will enable us to contact you with important product and/or safety updates concerning your vehicle.
If you need further assistance or cannot locate your Owner's Warranty Information/Owner's Manual Supplement, please call our Customer Experience Center at 800-331-4331 between 5 AM and 6 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday; or between 7 AM and 4 PM, Pacific Time, Saturday. Please be sure to have ownership validation available when you call.
