As an integral part of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., you will be in a high profile position that will allow you to gain broad exposure to the company. You will have the opportunity to present intelligent, cohesive analyses to senior management and prove yourself on a daily basis.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will gain comprehensive information technology experience through four six-month rotations. Your assignments will immerse you in the Toyota and Lexus organizations and could include the following departments:
Enterprise Data Management (EDM) — It's all about eliminating redundancies and creating efficiencies. EDM's long-term strategy is to create single databases that encompass a particular subject area. Your mission is to provide users with single source data access.
Strategy & Governance — Here you'll focus on developing the overall direction for the IT Division. This includes ensuring that IT dollars are aligned with corporate goals and priorities. You will also get the chance to take part in strategic planning and governance processes, providing consulting services, and researching best practices in these areas.
Office of the CIO (OCIO) — Responsible for driving overall vision, perception, efficiency, and benefit of Information Systems, the OCIO also provides administrative support to the CIO. Areas of opportunity within the OCIO could include:

To qualify, you must possess an MBA in information systems along with 4+ years pre-MBA work experience. In addition, a strong business sense, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential.
