Red Horse Racing was formed when Tom DeLoach and Jeff Hammond joined forces to purchase Clean Line Motorsports in 2005. DeLoach and Hammond bring a wealth of racing experience to the team. DeLoach is a former Mobil Corp. executive who was the worldwide coordinator of Mobil’s motorsports programs from 1993 until he retired from the company in 2000. Hammond is a former NASCAR Cup championship-winning crew chief (with Darrell Waltrip) and now serves as a television analyst for FOX Sports. In 2006, the team signed Texas native David Starr. Starr and had an impressive year with one win at Martinsville Speedway in April, six top-five finishes and 12 top-10s. The team will one Toyota Tundra for the 2007 season.
