EV/ECO Modes
Gas or electric is up to you. With Prius c, you can select the driving mode you want. Under certain conditions, in EV Mode 16, Prius c runs solely on battery power. ECO Mode helps maximize fuel economy by limiting the operation of the climate control and adjusting the throttle response.

SofTex®-trimmed seats

Get the information you need to maximize fuel economy. With the Multi-Information Display (MID), a color screen shows a variety of data – including cruising range, fuel economy, EV Driving Ratio, trip timer and outside temperature.

See what you need to know, when you need to know it. With the drive information screen, you can easily get helpful trip information like average speed, driving time, EV Driving Ratio and distance, cruising range and outside temperature.
Energy monitor
The energy monitor screen indicates the operation of the hybrid system in real time, so you can see your Prius c is running at optimum efficiency. Hybrid Synergy Drive® always employs the most efficient source of power.
ECO Savings
If you know how much you’re saving, you know how much more you have to spend at the mall. ECO Savings lets you input the fuel cost and mpg average of your previous vehicle to compare with Prius c.
Fuel economy info
To help boost fuel economy, Prius c has an ECO Score display that rates how efficiently you are driving in three different categories—starting, cruising and stopping—and then gives you a score up to 100.

- All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door.
