Audio Streaming

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. Phone or Bluetooth®-enabled music device must be paired. If it is not, go to Pairing a Phone Using Bluetooth®.
  2. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  3. Touch Media
  4. Touch BT Audio tab
  5. Music from your phone or Bluetooth®-enabled music device should automatically begin playing, and the song information will automatically be displayed on the vehicle touch-screen display
  6. If your phone or Bluetooth®-enabled music device does not immediately begin playing, make sure your device is on and that the audio level is at its maximum volume
  7. Touch the > button to play a track from your music device
    1. If the track still does not play, touch Connect to connect the vehicle’s multimedia system to your paired phone or Bluetooth®-enabled music device
  8. The song title, album and artist information will appear for each track
  9. Use the steering wheel control arrow buttons to advance to the next track or to go back to the previous track

HD Radio

Using HD Radio

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  2. Touch Radio
  3. Touch the AM or FM tab
  4. Make sure that the yellow light next to the HD Radio button is illuminated. This confirms that the radio is in HD Radio mode and will play the HD Radio broadcast for an AM/FM frequency if available.
  5. Use the TUNE SCROLL knob to tune to your desired station. If HD Radio service is available for that station (AM/FM frequency), the HD Radio logo will appear illuminated on the vehicle touch-screen display.
  6. If there are multiple program streams for that HD Radio station, the Multicast button will appear. Touch the Multicast button to change to the next program stream.
    • If no additional program streams are available for that HD Radio station, the Multicast button will be grayed out

iTunes® Tagging

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. While listening to an HD Radio station, you will have the ability to tag a song (if song tagging is available for that song and station)
  2. If song tagging is available, the Tag button will appear. Touch the Tag button to store the song tag information.
    • If song tagging is not available, the Tag button will be grayed out
  3. Your iPod® or iPhone® must be connected via USB port to receive the song tagging information from the vehicle
  4. When you next sync your device with your iTunes® account, the tagged songs will appear in a special folder, allowing you to review your tagged songs and decide whether or not you want to purchase them


SiriusXM® Satellite Radio

SiriusXM® Satellite Radio

SiriusXM® Satellite Radio delivers over 170 channels of sports, news, talk and commercial-free music, all in amazing digital sound. A paid SiriusXM radio subscription is required.

Using SiriusXM® Satellite Radio

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  2. Touch Radio
  3. Touch the SAT tab
  4. Touch the SCAN button to scan for your desired station or touch Type > to scroll to the next category of SiriusXM® stations or < Type to go back to the previous category of SiriusXM® stations
  5. If you would like to save a station as a preset, tune to your desired station and then touch one of the numbered left-side screen buttons and hold until you hear a beep. The preset will be saved for future use, and the name of the button will be changed to the SiriusXM channel number you are currently listening to.


AM/FM Radio

Using AM/FM Radio

  1. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  2. Press Radio
  3. Touch the AM or FM tab
  4. Use the SCAN button to scan for your desired station
  5. If you would like to save a station as a preset, tune to your desired station and then touch one of the numbered left-side screen buttons and hold until you hear a beep. The preset will be saved for future use, and the name of the button will be changed to the AM/FM frequency you are currently listening to.


iPod®/USB/Aux

Connect an iPod® or iPhone®

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. Open the cover of the USB/AUX port and connect your iPod® or iPhone® via a USB cable
  2. The iPod® should begin playing, and the song information will automatically be displayed on the vehicle touch-screen display
  3. If your iPod® does not immediately begin playing, make sure the multimedia system is on and is at a desirable audio level
  4. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  5. Touch Media
  6. Touch the iPod tab
  7. The song title, album and artist information will appear for each track, as well as the album art if available
  8. Touch || to pause the track and then touch > to resume the track
  9. Use the steering wheel control arrow buttons to advance to the next track or to go back to the previous track

Connect a USB Device

Note: “Press” refers to a physical button on the multimedia system faceplate. “Touch” refers to a button, command or menu drawn on the display touch-screen.

  1. Open the cover of the USB/AUX port and connect your USB flash drive or USB music device via a USB cable
  2. The USB flash drive or USB music device should begin playing
  3. If your USB flash drive or USB memory device does not immediately begin playing, make sure the multimedia system is on and is at a desirable audio level
  4. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  5. Touch the USBtab
  6. Touch || to pause the track and then touch > to resume the track
  7. Use the steering wheel control arrow buttons to advance to the next track or to go back to the previous track

Connect an Auxiliary Device

  1. Open the cover of the USB/AUX port and connect your music device via an auxiliary cable
  2. The music device should automatically begin playing
  3. If your music device does not immediately begin playing, make sure the multimedia system is on and is at a desirable audio level
  4. Press the □ button on the bottom of the faceplate
  5. Touch the AUX tab to listen to music from your device
