May 18 2019 Kyle Busch led the Toyota contingent with a third-place finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway NASCAR All-Star Race Filled with Fireworks

It was a hot one under the lights at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the annual NASCAR All-Star race. Kyle Busch led the Toyota contingent with a third-place finish. All four Joe Gibbs Racings drivers qualified for the event after capturing Cup Series victories last season.

Kyle Busch led 15 laps in the race’s second stage, before giving up the lead and ultimately finishing third. 
 
Martin Truex Jr. finished 10th, Denny Hamlin 18th and Erik Jones 20th after each driver suffered issues in the event’s final stage of the night. 
 
The Cup Series returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway next weekend when drivers will compete in the season’s longest race – the Coca-Cola 600.
