Earnhardt Earns Career-Best NASCAR Finish
It was a spring sizzler in the Queen City at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After suffering tire issues early in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race, Jeffrey Earnhardt earned a third-place finish at his home track.While honoring Mooresville (NC) Police K-9 Officer Jordan Sheldon, who lost his life in the line of duty last month, Earnhardt captured a third-place result marking the best finish in his NASCAR career.
“I felt like my balance was really good. My car was running good there. I had no warning of blowing a right front. I was actually a little bit loose that entire run. I guess we ran something over,” Bell said.
The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to Pocono Raceway next Saturday afternoon for 250 miles around the Tricky Triangle.
