Harrison Burton Leads Team Toyota in Xfinity Playoff Opener
Harrison Burton led the way for Team Toyota in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoff opener at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a ninth-place finish. Burton sits two points above the cut line with two races left in the first round of the series postseason.
“It was a tough one to say the least. We really weren’t good to start the race, but I feel like we got better and better as we went. It just wasn’t good enough,” Burton said. “If you give yourself a bad starting point at these places without practice, then you don’t have a chance to work up through it and you put yourself in a deficit. We were kind of fighting an uphill battle all night. Our DEX Imaging Toyota team gained some ground, but not enough.”Harrion Burton
