Caeleb’s Olympic Journey

Growing up in Florida swimming with his brother and sisters, Caeleb was more interested in soccer and football. But his swimming career kick-started when his high-school swim coach saw Caeleb’s potential. And after gaining national attention in college and a breakout performance at the Olympic Games Rio 2016, Caeleb is one of the most-exciting swimmers to watch.

I like the challenge in that aspect because I don't ever want to plateau in the sport.
Road to Tokyo

Coming off a lightning-fast and historic performance during the Olympic trials, Caeleb is entering Tokyo a proven competitor. As he trains for his return to the world stage, Caeleb’s biggest competition is himself. The theme of his journey is simple: Keep getting better. He never wants to plateau as an athlete. He wants to embrace his obstacles, take on his setbacks and come out stronger on the other side. For him, the challenge of growing as a swimmer keeps his drive alive.
