Our team implements the STAR method when interviewing candidates. A helpful way to prepare for your interview is to frame your responses in this method. When answering a question, you can begin with stating the situation clearly and concisely. Next, explain your task(s) – or role in the situation – followed by the action(s) you took to address the situation. Then you will explain the result of those actions. The STAR method will help you prepare quality responses to interview questions using real-life examples and allow us to better get to know your skills, experience and approach to [addressing/overcoming] challenges.
