Formalized in 2002 to exclusively serve Toyota's U.S. Operations, the Diversity Advisory Board consists of some of the country's most recognized leaders in the fields of diversity, public policy, economic development and community relations. The Toyota Diversity Advisory Board's main purpose is to bring expert outside perspectives to help us shape and maintain our commitment to diversity. The Board's guidance and recommendations have helped us achieve many of our Diversity Plan objectives.
