Business Partnering Groups

Toyota has embarked on an extraordinary mission to better align our work culture with the Toyota Way. To exemplify the values of continuous improvement and respect for all people, we must create and sustain an inclusive work environment. We are committed to maintaining a work culture where differences are respected, where fresh ideas and creativity are nurtured and where opportunity is critical for success.

A Toyota Business Partnering Group is a volunteer group of associates who come together with a common interest. Their mission is to assist in the career development of its members, contribute to the company's business objectives and support Toyota's goal to leverage diversity and build inclusion. Activities of these groups include mentoring programs, networking events and community outreach efforts.
