4-H

In 2008, Toyota launched a partnership with the National 4-H Council to support the 4-H2O Program. 4-H2O focuses on water conservation and will assist millions of kids participating in environmental science programs nationwide. In 2010, this resulted in 120 million gallons of water saved through the state programs alone.

The initiative includes:

  • New environmental curriculum, “Exploring Your Environment”
  • 4-H2O Online, an interactive website
  • 4-H2O community grants for hands-on water programs with students in the states of California, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Texas and West Virginia and the city of New York.

This vodcast was produced in association with Montana State University to educate children of all ages about water conservation. It highlights the efforts at Toyota plants in the U.S. to conserve our precious resources.
