At Toyota, safety is a priority in everything we do — from the vehicles we put on the road to the people who drive them. Since 2004, we have sponsored and created programs that educate drivers and passengers of all ages across the U.S. on critical safety behaviors.

Our signature program is Toyota Driving Expectations (TDE), a free program for teen drivers and their parents. The goal of TDE is to proactively take America's driving youth through a safe driving experience.

Since 2004, nearly 21,000 teens and parents have completed the TDE program together.
