What We're Doing

Mailings for the Pedal Recall are complete.

Mailings for the Floor Mat Entrapment Recall are as follows:

  • Avalon owner letters are complete
  • Camry owner letters were sent starting in February 2010
  • Highlander Hybrid owner letters were sent starting in late March 2010
  • Highlander (non-Hybrid) owner letters were sent starting in late April 2010
  • Prius owner letters were sent starting in late April 2010
  • Tundra owner letters were sent starting in early May 2010
  • Corolla and Matrix owner letters will be sent starting in early June 2010

The remaining owner letters will begin mailing in late June 2010.
