Tundra TRD Pro commands respect wherever it goes with its prominent bold grille, black badging and unique bed stamp. Its 32-in. Michelin LTX AT2 tires are always ready for the trails, but if turning heads is more your thing, the 18-in. 5-spoke black alloy TRD wheels have got you covered.
Tundra TRD Pro’s cabin has accents unique to the models. Exclusive TRD Pro fabric-trimmed seats bring comfort and attitude, with unique inserts and embroidered TRD Pro badges for a look like no other Tundra. Other TRD accents can be found on the floor mats and TRD shift knob.
Don't have a TRD Pro? No problem—the TRD Pro line of accessories are also available on non-TRD vehicles. Add extra attitude with components that have been engineered with your Toyota in mind, and when installed by your Toyota dealer, maintains the ruggedness and reliability you’ve come to expect from your truck.
Before it rolls down the assembly line or appears in a showroom, Tundra was first styled in California and Michigan. We created Tundra with the American consumer in mind right from the start. Inspiration was taken from all over the nation to design the legendary new Tundra.
The journey continues to Michigan, where engineering is done on the mighty Tundra. Home to some of the harshest conditions a truck could ever face help the engineering team make sure Tundra can tackle everything the weekend, the work site and your family can throw at it.
Tundra is assembled with pride by a dedicated team in San Antonio, Texas,* with 70% of the parts from the U.S. or Canada.* In fact, 1794 Edition takes its name from the year the ranch, on which the Toyota plant now sits, was founded. We are committed for the long haul to building the most capable full-size pickup truck on the planet.
*Assembled in Texas with U.S. and globally sourced parts.
All Tundras have another level of style with a bold front grille, refined interior and the latest tech to help you arrive in style no matter where you go. Whether it’s date night, family night or a meeting with a new client, Tundra has it handled.
Stamped big and bold on the right-hand side of the easy lift and lower tailgate is one word that is known for capability and toughness: TUNDRA. Now the next time you tow your friend out of trouble, he knows who to thank.
With all these powerful options to choose from, it helps to have it all organized in one place. We created the matrix above to help you choose the best grade and cab for your needs. First, select from one of five grades and then select your preferred cab. No matter what, you’ve got a wealth of choices.
An interior that inspires with finely stitched seats, a driver-focused center stack and crisp gauges. We paid special attention to the details of nearly every interior surface so, no matter where you sit, you’ll feel like it was made just for you.
After a long day of work, or a long haul to the perfect boat launch, it feels great to stretch out. Your crew, and your family, will appreciate the extra space. And to help add an open feeling, CrewMax models include a standard power vertical sliding rear window, and available moonroof.
There's no need to choose between comfort and capability. The Limited CrewMax is equipped with first-class amenities like leather-trimmed heated front seats, a leather-trimmed tilt/telescopic steering wheel and the advanced Entune™ Premium Audio system. It's just one reason why Tundra is the perfect partner for both the job site and a night on the town.
The Platinum CrewMax excels at transporting passengers in the lap of luxury. As you slide into the premium seating surfaces and feel the soft-touch materials that surround you, you’ll appreciate a vehicle that’s as comfortable as it is capable.
More than just muscle, the 1794 Edition CrewMax represents a leap forward in full-size truck luxury. This is everything you want in a premium truck, maybe more. Every part of the interior has been refined from the feel of the buttons, to the stitching, to the sweeping instrument panel.
Tundra is available with dual zone automatic climate control with individual temperature settings for the driver and front passenger. We know your truck can double as your office, so this helps keep everyone comfortable.
The available Entune™ Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite offers popular mobile applications and a wealth of valuable data services. All this can be accessed easily, and hands-free, with a Bluetooth®-enabled smartphone.
Nothing makes a long drive a little easier than some tunes, and nothing makes backing up a trailer a little easier than the wide-angle backup camera. Both are standard on Tundra, to make your drive and workday a little bit easier.
Job sites are rarely on a map, but with Tundra’s available navigation system featuring a 7-in. high-resolution touch-screen display, you’ll find your way home, or to the lake no problem.
The customizable 3.5-in. Multi-Information Display provides odometer, tripmeter, instant/average fuel economy, distance to empty, average speed, and trip timer—all this right where the driver needs it most, right in front.
The power and toughness to tow your biggest toys. Tundra is available in 18 different configurations of six trim levels that can all tow more than five tons, and 4x2 Regular Cab Long Bed with available 5.7L V8 has a maximum towing capacity of 10,500 lbs.
How do you tow over 10,000 lbs.? With staggered, outboard-mounted shocks for better torsional stability, a heavy-duty C channel TripleTech™ frame like what’s found on a dump truck, plus an available trailer hitch included with the 5.7L V8 that utilizes 12 bolts secured to either frame rail. While towing, all critical vehicle information is contained within the combination meter, including a voltmeter, coolant temperature, fuel and engine oil pressure gauges. Bring it on.
SAE J2807 is the standard for tow ratings set by the Society of Automotive Engineers, SAE. It establishes an industry-wide standard to ensure that your vehicle’s driveline, cooling, lubrication, braking and other important systems are engineered and tested in real-world situations with your towing needs in mind. Toyota agreed to adopt the standard, and was the first manufacturer to have done so on all of our trucks and SUVs. In fact, since 2010, the entire Toyota lineup has been SAE J2807 compliant.
Tundra models equipped with the available i-FORCE 5.7L V8 and Tow Package come with an integrated towing hitch receiver. Attached far down the frame rails using a dozen high-strength bolts, the hitch features a hydro-formed cross member for increased towing strength.
Big trucks tow big toys, so Tundra comes standard with Trailer-Sway Control (TSC). TSC works in two ways: by detecting trailer sway and applying brake pressure at individual wheels, and by controlling engine torque to help stabilize the trailer, and your precious boat.
Included on Tundra models with the 5.7L V8 and Tow Package is a TOW/HAUL Mode for the 6-speed automatic transmission that extends the use of the lower gear ranges, helping to prevent the transmission from awkwardly shifting or “hunting” for the right gear when towing. The system also increases throttle response, pulling power and engine braking.
381 hp and 401 lb.-ft. of torque, a 6-speed automatic transmission, plus a standard Tow Package with added engine and transmission oil coolers equal heavy-duty towing capability. Add Double Overhead Cams (DOHC), a 32-valve head design and Dual Independent Variable Valve Timing, and you get a drivetrain that can tow a space shuttle.
Tundra’s 4.6L V8 is packed with tech, delivers 310 hp and 327 lb.-ft. of torque via a 6-speed automatic transmission. It also benefits from Double Overhead Cams, a 32-valve head design and Dual Independent Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (Dual VVT-i), so all the power you need is ready when you need it.
To handle the torque of Tundra’s available 5.7L V8, our engineers fitted the rear differential with a massive 10.5-inch ring gear. This allows use of an aggressive 4.30 rear axle ratio to help amplify and transfer the 401 lb.-ft. of torque the 5.7L V8 produces to the ground.
Power is nothing without control. Tundra features class-leading 13.9-in. rotors with 4-piston calipers up front, and 13.6-in. rotors in the rear for impressive stopping power. We built it the way you would.
Auto LSD works like a traditional limited-slip differential—with a high-tech twist. Instead of controlling slip mechanically, Auto LSD applies brakes individually to wheels with no traction. And unlike Traction Control, it doesn't cut engine power. This helps give you control and distributes power where it’s most effective. Best of all, because the system utilizes the brake system, there are no extra components that add to overall ownership costs.
The added traction of 4WD is great—but with A-TRAC, it’s even better. A-TRAC is a 4WD traction control system that uses the 4-channel ABS system to control power flow to the front and rear wheels, all without cutting throttle input, to help restore traction no matter where you may be.
Opt for available front bucket seats, and you'll get a center console with a covered storage compartment plus 12V auxiliary power outlet.
Sometimes you just want to carry a little more stuff, or shield something from the elements. With seats that fold up instead of down, Tundra makes it easier to get in and out, and load your gear. This makes having a hobby, a family, or a dog, a little easier.
The easy lower and lift tailgate opens and closes with just two fingers, plus it’s easily removed and can be locked to secure cargo concealed under a tonneau cover or shell.
Whether you're hauling stuff to the job site, the campsite or just tackling those weekend projects, Tundra is ready to help you do it all. With three available bed lengths—a 5.5-ft. short bed (CrewMax), a 6.5-ft. standard bed (Double Cab) and an 8.1-ft. long bed (Regular Cab, Double Cab)—there's a Tundra built to fit your needs. And all three beds are 5.5-ft. wide and 22.2-in. deep, meaning Tundra's got the space you need to help you do more.
The available Deck Rail System incorporates four adjustable tie-down cleats, each rated at 220 lbs. to help keep the heavy stuff in place.
No matter your needs, there is a grade and package for you. The matrix above will help you see package availability. Simply choose from one of the five grades and select an available package. No job is the same and Tundra is built to help you handle every one of them.
There is no reason your work truck can’t pull double duty. With auto up/down windows, front and rear parking assist sonar and illuminated entry, no one will think you just came from a long day on-site. Worried about all the extra attention? Its security system adds a glass breakage sensor, so you can relax.

Standard on Platinum and 1794 Edition, these exclusive 20-in. 6-spoke alloy wheels add an extra bit of refinement, without losing any toughness.
A truck as unique as the 1794 Edition deserves to roll on a set of wheels that are just as distinct. These 20-in. chrome-clad alloy wheels are available exclusively on 1794 Edition and will command the road, no matter where you’re headed.
Tundra comes standard with the Star Safety System™, a suite of six advanced safety features that includes Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA) and Smart Stop Technology® (SST).
Tundra comes equipped with driver and front outboard passenger airbags, side curtain and front seat-mounted side airbags. And only Tundra has driver/front outboard passenger knee airbags. No other truck has that.
As the first full-size pickup to offer Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA),, Tundra continues to redefine the segment. When the available Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) detects a vehicle, it illuminates a warning indicator on the appropriate outside mirror to alert you to the presence of another vehicle, helping you to determine when it's safe to change lanes. Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) works in much the same way. When you slowly back out of a driveway or parking spot, it provides audible and visual indicators to help warn you of approaching vehicles.
To help keep children safe and secure, Tundra has LATCH, which stands for “Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children.” With lower anchors on the outboard rear seats and a tether anchor on the rear center seat, LATCH allows you to securely mount a child seat quickly and easily.
Toyota is devoted to safety and dependability, and proper vehicle maintenance is important to both. That's why we include a no cost maintenance plan with the purchase or lease of every new Tundra for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. 24-hour roadside assistance is also included for 2 years, regardless of mileage.
