Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA) represents one of our most recent commitments to continued growth in North America—the consolidation of manufacturing and R&D operations. From offices in the Greater Cincinnati area (Erlanger, Kentucky), the staff provides centralized administrative and production* support to our expanding North American manufacturing operations.

From offices in Ann Arbor, MI, California, Arizona and Washington, DC, the Toyota Technical Center (TTC) conducts automotive R&D work in everything from the testing and evaluation of US parts and material to emissions certification and technical research. TTC is also playing an increasingly important role in the design-engineering and development of Toyota products, particularly those developed for the North American market.
