Enrolling in a T-TEN school and becoming a Toyota/Lexus dealership intern takes a little preparation on your end.

Your T-TEN process starts by enrolling in a program at a T-TEN school of your choice. Go to the school finder above to check out curricula at schools that interest you. Send an e-mail or call the school contact person to learn more about their program. The sooner you get started, the sooner you begin a rewarding dealership career.

Your first step to becoming a T-TEN student is to understand your school's specific enrollment
requirements and to locate your T-TEN coordinator. You can find both online at your school's
Website. Before getting started, you need to contact your T-TEN coordinator to assist you with
the enrollment and placement process. He or she will help you complete the following steps:
At some schools you may need to:

- Filling out the school's application
- Submitting your official high school transcript
- Filling out a financial aid request form
- Getting a class catalog to plan your schedule
At some schools you may need to:
- Take an assessment test
- Attend an orientation
- Get approval from a school T-TEN coordinator
Your T-TEN coordinator will assist you with all of this.

All T-TEN students participate in an internship. Securing an internship is similar to finding a job.
Your T-TEN instructor will guide you through the process. Each dealership has its own hiring
procedures but most will require:
- A resume outlining your work and educational background
- A completed application
- A copy of your driving record from your state's department of motor vehicles
