- The Toyota Camry Hybrid has a 2.5 liter, 4-cylinder engine that’s paired with electric motors for a combined power output of 208 net horsepower. The Honda Accord Hybrid has a 2-liter, in-line 4-cylinder engine that’s paired with electric motors to produce a combined power output of 204 net horsepower.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid LE comes standard with an Independent MacPherson strut front suspension with a stabilizer bar and front strut tower bracing. It also has a multi-link rear suspension with a stabilizer bar. On the other hand, the Honda Accord Hybrid comes standard with a MacPherson strut front suspension, a multi-link rear suspension, and stabilizer bars in the front and rear.
- The 2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid and the Honda Accord Hybrid have front-wheel drive as the only available drivetrain, and both come with an Electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (ECVT).

Technology
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid has a 7-inch center touchscreen with an optional 9-inch upgrade. The XLE Hybrid trim includes the 9-inch touchscreen as standard. In contrast, all Honda Accord Hybrid models have a standard 12.3-inch color touchscreen center display.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid has a standard six-speaker audio system, with the option to upgrade to a nine-speaker JBL® system for XLE Hybrid and XSE Hybrid trims. The Honda Accord Hybrid has eight speakers as standard, while the Touring trim has a premium Bose Sound System with 12 speakers, including a subwoofer.
- Qi-compatible wireless smartphone charging is optional for the Toyota Camry LE and SE trims and standard in the XLE and XSE trims. On the Honda Accord, Qi-compatible wireless phone charging is exclusively available in the Hybrid Touring model.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid comes with the Wi-Fi Connect trial for up to 30 days or 2GB. Similarly, all Honda Accord models come with Wi-Fi hotspot capability and a 3-month complimentary HondaLink Remote package trial.
- Dynamic Navigation and a 10-inch color Head-Up Display with navigation are available options in the Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and XSE. Honda Accord models come with HondaLink for navigation customization, and Google Built-In with Google Maps is an available option for the Hybrid Touring trim.

Safety & Convenience
- The 2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid and the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid each come equipped with ten airbags. Hill Start Assist Control and Electric Parking Brake (EPB) with Brake Hold are standard features for both models.
- A Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) is available for the Toyota Camry Hybrid LE, SE, and SE Nightshade, and is standard for the XLE and XSE. In contrast, a Blind Spot Information System (BSI) with Cross Traffic Monitor is available for all Honda Accord Hybrid models but not included as standard.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid comes with the Star Safety System™, which includes Enhanced Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA) and Smart Stop Technology® (SST). Similarly, all Honda Accord models have vehicle stability assist with traction control, anti-lock brakes (ABS), electronic brake distribution, and brake assist. The Honda Accord Hybrid does not have a feature comparable to the Camry Hybrid's Smart Stop Technology®.
- All Toyota Camry Hybrid models come with Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.5+ (TSS 2.5+) including a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w/PD), Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA), Automatic High Beams (AHB), Lane Tracing Assist (LTA), Road Sign Assist (RSA), and Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC). On the other hand, all Honda Accord Hybrid models come with Honda Sensing, which includes most of these features.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid has an integrated backup camera with a projected path for all models. An upgraded backup camera with dynamic gridlines is standard on the XLE and XSE, and a Panoramic View Monitor with a 360-degree view is also available. In contrast, the Honda Accord Hybrid comes with a multi-angle rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, but a 360-degree camera system is not available.

Similarly, the Honda Accord Hybrid warranty includes a New Vehicle Limited Warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles, a Powertrain Limited Warranty for 5 years/60,000 miles, a Seat Belt Limited Warranty for 15 years/150,000 miles, a Rust Perforation Limited Warranty for 5 years/unlimited mileage, and a High Voltage Battery Capacity Warranty for 8 years/100,000 miles.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid comes with ToyotaCare, a maintenance plan that covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Similarly, Honda Service Pass includes a complimentary normal factory scheduled maintenance plan for up to 2 years or 24,000 miles for all new Honda Accord Hybrids.
- The Toyota Camry Hybrid comes with 24-hour Roadside Assistance for 2 years and unlimited miles and a 1-year trial of Safety Connect®, including an Emergency Assistance Button, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, and Stolen Vehicle Locator. Similarly, Honda has 24-hour Roadside Assistance during the 3-year/36,000-mile Limited Warranty term via HondaLink, and HondaLink Remote is included for three months, with a vehicle locator, stolen vehicle locator with immobilization, speed alert, security alarm alert, and a geofence alert.
- A trial to Service Connect for up to 10 years is available for the Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and XSE, which includes personalized maintenance updates and vehicle health reports.
