When your Dynamic Navigation trial expires, your map will stop receiving over-the-air updates. Places, landmarks and newly built roads, neighborhoods and destinations will revert to the factory state of the map. You will need to renew the service to restore the latest map data and over the air updates.
From the Home screen, press the "Map" button.
On the map screen, tap the grid button on the top left.
Under Map Options, tap "Map Data."
Here, you can find the Dynamic Navigation expiration date.
