Indicates that the Auto-LSD is active.
Auto-LSD is a second level, low-speed traction control feature on some 2WD trucks and SUVs. The first level, Traction Control, is designed to reduce drive-wheel spin. The key difference in the activation of Auto-LSD is that, along with brake application to a spinning wheel (which helps engage a non-spinning wheel), Auto-LSD also allows engine power to spin the drive wheels faster than the non-drive wheels. This comes in handy on boat ramps, and when driving in modest off-road terrain, where some wheel slippage is desired.

Have the vehicle inspected immediately.
Failing to investigate the cause of the following warnings may lead to the system operating abnormally and possibly cause an accident. Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer immediately.

Indicates that the Center Differential is locked.
Found on full-time four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles, a locking center differential enables the driver to lock the front and rear wheels together for 50/50 power distribution. This helps create maximum traction when the vehicle is stuck or in extremely slippery conditions. It should only be engaged at low speeds.

Stop the vehicle immediately.
The following warning indicates the possibility of damage to the vehicle that may lead to an accident. Immediately stop the vehicle in a safe place and contact your Toyota dealer.
Indicates a malfunction in the vehicle’s charging system.

Indicates that the Cruise Control is on.
Cruise Control is a feature designed to maintain a set speed on the open road, without requiring the driver to hold down the accelerator pedal. The control stalk has a master ON/OFF switch, a speed SET function, and a +/- function that provides moderate acceleration or coasting/deceleration.
If the cruise control indicator flashes
Press the ON-OFF button once to deactivate the system, and then press the button again to reactivate the system.
If the cruise control speed cannot be set or if the cruise control cancels immediately after being activated, there may be a malfunction in the cruise control system. Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer.

Warns the driver to fasten his/her seat belt.
Correction procedure: Fasten the seat belt.
Driver‘s seat belt reminders:
The driver‘s seat belt reminder sounds to alert the driver that his or her seat belt is not fastened. Once the engine switch is turned to the ON or START position, the buzzer sounds for 6 seconds. If the vehicle has reached a speed of at least 12 mph (20 km/h), the buzzer sounds intermittently for 10 seconds. Then, if the seat belt is still unfastened, the buzzer will sound in a different tone for 20 more seconds. Failing to investigate the cause of this warning may lead to the system operating abnormally and possibly cause an accident. Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer immediately.

Indicates that the headlight high beams are on.
High beam headlamps aid driver visibility by projecting a bright beam far down the road. They should only be used in situations where they cannot blind oncoming traffic. Typical uses would be in remote areas such as mountains or deserts.

Illuminates when the headlights, side marker, parking, tail, license plate and instrument panel lights are turned on.

On Toyota models equipped with electronically modulated air suspension, the HI indicator will begin blinking when HI is selected, and will become solid to indicate that the mode shift is completed. HI mode raises the vehicle’s ride height 1.2 inches (30 mm) higher than Normal (N) ride height for driving on rough terrain. HI mode is unavailable when the vehicle’s speed exceeds 18 mph. When vehicle speed exceeds18 mph in HI mode, the ride height will be automatically adjusted to N.

On Toyota models equipped with electronically modulated air suspension, the LO indicator will begin blinking when LO is selected, and will become solid to indicate that the mode shift is completed. LO mode lowers the vehicle’s ride height 1.2 inches (30 mm) below Normal (N) for ease of egress/ingress and loading luggage. LO mode is unavailable when the vehicle’s speed exceeds 8 mph. When vehicle speed exceeds 8 mph in LO mode, the ride height will be automatically adjusted to N.

On Toyota models equipped with electronically modulated air suspension, the MAN (manual) light illuminates when the height control mode select switch is pressed. The vehicle’s height can be adjusted by pressing the height control mode select switch and will remain fixed at the selected height until vehicle speed exceeds 18 mph. When vehicle speed exceeds 18 mph, ride height will automatically be adjusted to Normal height.

On Toyota models equipped with electronically modulated air suspension, the N light illuminates to indicate that the vehicle ride height is in Normal mode. Normal mode is the default setting and is used for ordinary driving conditions.
